Puma to revisit brand roots, hires Ogilvy for global PR

CEO Bjoern Gulden has alluded that the brand will try to get away from fashion and lifestyle positioning and revert back to its football and athletic roots. Competitors: Puma’s global sales have fallen well behind those of its two biggest competitors, Nike and Adidas. Puma also reported that sales were down 25% for Q1 2014.
