Campaign Imminent: Amazon launches prescription medication service
Sales Lead: recently debuted a new $5m/month subscription providing unlimited prescription medications.
- Exclusive to Prime members, the RxPass service has generic medications for more than 80 common health issues.
- The RxPass isn't yet available in all 50 states, and Amazon hasn't yet confirmed whether or not it will expand the service into other states. I expect it will, though.
- This is the latest expansion into healthcare services; Amazon launched its Amazon Care telehealth platform in 2019 and closed it down in 2022 in favor of a new telehealth service, Amazon Clinic.
